The Role of the National Training Courses of Dawah Academy, International Islamic University Islamabad, in Social Reform: An Analytical Study

Social reform is a fundamental objective of Islam that requires systematic educational and training initiatives to address contemporary moral and social challenges. The National Training Courses of Dawah Academy, International Islamic University Islamabad, represent a significant institutional effort to promote Islamic values, ethical conduct, and social responsibility through organized training programmes. This article presents an analytical study of the role of these courses in social reform. Using a qualitative research approach, it examines their objectives, training strategies, educational content, and practical outcomes through the analysis of official publications, institutional reports, and relevant academic sources. The study particularly highlights their contribution to character development, religious awareness, social harmony, and community engagement. The findings indicate that the Academy has developed a balanced and effective training model that integrates Islamic teachings with contemporary educational practices. The study concludes that its National Training Courses have made a meaningful contribution to social reform and provide a valuable institutional model for contemporary Islamic educational and training initiatives.
